Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate **Restaurant Supervisor **to help support our team in Yamanto. In this role you will have the ability to directly impact the customer experience, workplace culture and financial results

We are a quick-service restaurant that offers tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos filled with home-made guac and other goodies. **What you’ll do**

Our Shift Supervisor take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations in the restaurant.
- Leading the restaurant team in efficient day to day operations
- Being a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with the Zambrero values and culture
- Assisting in managing the team, including hiring, training, performance reviews and rostering
- Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard
- Assisting with ordering of stock from various suppliers
- Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policies
- Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
- Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety

- Previous shift supervisor experience

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
