As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our iconic venue, working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your leadership skills, drive success, and be part of a well-respected hospitality team.

**We are offering**:

- Generous Salary $78,000 - $80,000 + Plus Super
- Quarterly KPI Bonus $5,000

**Essential requirements**:

- Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Extensive restaurant & bar experience
- Strong experience working in a gaming venue
- Knowledge of TAB and wagering
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license
- CLO - Desirable not necessary
