We are seeking an **Administrator** to join our BTP team in Mackay. You will be an organised individual to be the welcoming face of our reception.

**About the Role**

The prime focus of this role is to ensure the delivery of day-to-day Administration Support for the Service department and Operations. This role reports directly to the **Workshop**Manager** of Mining Services at BTP.

**Key Requirements**
- Must hold a current Drivers Licence
- 2 years’ experience within Administration preferred.
- Data entry, archiving and scanning.
- Maintenance and accuracy of the capacity calendar
- Ability to problem solve, assist, guide and improve process.
- Communicates professionally and effectively to all stakeholders (internal and external).
- Proactive, highly motivated with a collaborative team-orientated mindset.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Intermediate - Advanced Word skills; as well as, Intermediate - advanced Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
- Ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills.
