Monday to Friday - 5/6AM start

**Job Details**:

- Base hours plus Overtime Saturdays/ Min 2 Years Experience.
- Well-developed knife handling and technical skills, including knife sharpening.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- History of excellent reliability, attendance and timekeeping at work.
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship required to meet our customer specifications.
- Commitment to always working safely in line with policies, procedures, PPE & work instructions.
- Working positively as part of a team.
- Being adaptive to change & new ways of working.
- Being keen to learn and take on additional responsibility, processes & tasks.
- Ability to work within a cold storage environment and with raw meat products.
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when require.
- Must be able to demonstrate your ability to safely fulfil the physical requirements of the role (through functional capacity assessment including drug and alcohol testing) and participate in a skills assessment.
- Casual with possibility of Permanent.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
