**The Centre**

Conveniently located behind Woolworths at Pimpama Junction and next to Rackley’s Swim School, our centre is at the heart of the Pimpama community. With schools, shops, medical services, beauty salons, and takeaway outlets nearby, it’s a great location for both families and educators. A bus stop is just 150 metres away on Dixon Drive, and we offer ample on-site parking.
Our centre features five purpose-built learning studios, each tailored to specific age groups. The nursery includes a dedicated sleep room, while all spaces are equipped with high-quality, age-appropriate resources. At Guardian Pimpama, we nurture each child’s growth through curiosity-driven, play-based learning.

**The Opportunity**

Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;
- Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
- Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
- Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
- Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

**To be considered, you will have**:

- A completed Certificate III/ working towards
- Prior experience in long day-care.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
- Current Blue Card.
