**Monday to Thursday 10am-2pm**

About Us:
We are a wholesale manufacturing business who produce gourmet products, we supply products throughout Australia for cafés, hotels, restaurants and supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain weekly/monthly call cycle to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Grow existing customer base and secure new customers in your territory.
- Actively utilise and support key promotional programs.
- Advise customers of our total product range.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

- Answering the phone promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
- Being the first point of contact for customers.
- Provide knowledgeable, polite, and proactive service to new and existing customers, whilst encouraging sales.
- Complete assigned tasks with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, including customer orders.

Key Competencies, Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficient in learning a product range quickly.
- Superior selling and negotiating ability.
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus

Work Location: In person
