Connect Resources is an industry leading brand in civil construction in QLD, WA and NSW, supplying labour hire to major contractors such as Georgiou, Downer and CPB Contractors.

We are currently looking for Civil Labourers for ongoing work with a civil company that specialise in water infrastructure/utilities across Northern Brisbane and Southern Sunshine Coast. Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets are beneficial for this role but not essential. You will be assisting and off siding for the Pipelaying/Excavator crew. Civil experience is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with installation of water mains pipes
- Helping get the correct levels and depths of the trenches
- Spotting for the Excavator Operators
- Assisting with lifting lids,pits and pipes in to trenches
- Assembling shoring boxes
- Regular site clean up duties

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years’ experience as a Civil Labourer
- Physically fit and ability to work long hours
- White card

**Beneficial**:

- Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets beneficial

**Benefits**:

- Option for full time employment after 12 week period
- Consistent 10 hours per day Monday to Friday. Weekends are free.
