Intermediate Rigger

Our client's business is growing and there fore looking for additional team members to join there growing business. They are looking for skilled Intermediate Riggers with precast panel experience preferred but are willing to teach those eager to learn on the job.

Precast Install Rigger - you will have:

- Intermediate or Advanced Rigging minimum.
- White Card.
- EWP ticket over 11m preferable.
- Experience in setting out and installing Precast Panels and reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Hands on, can supervise and coordinate precast installation and post install works.
- Able to work with site management, suppliers and consultants to coordinate works, meet deadlines and fulfill job requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, able to motivate, train and supervise a team in the long term.
- Must have own PPE & tools.
- Experience with patching & caulking preferable
- Experience with all types of hand/electrical tools.
- Working at heights certificate (preferable).
- Great communication skills both verbal and written.
- Highly motivated, exceptional work ethic and desire to grow with the company.

**Requirements**:

- Fit and able to work safely, understand and follow SWMS and OH&S requirements.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle able to carry and store tools (preferably a ute).
- You must have full working rights within Australia to be considered
- Willing to undertake a medical and pass a drug & alcohol test.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Intermediate Rigger: 2 years (preferred)
- Advanced Rigger: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- EWP Ticket (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
