The Opportunity

Position Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and implementation of local area marketing plans and initiatives across various digital and non-digital channels.
- Manage Google AdWords and social media advertising campaigns.
- Own the social media content calendar, including content creation and copywriting.
- Help manage, build, and optimise website and landing pages in HubSpot.
- Create monthly performance reports to track and analyse results.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team on diverse marketing activities and channels.
- Assist in SEO efforts and manage the digital footprint of Kelly+Partners and its 32+ office locations.

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM and marketing automation
- 3+ years in a digital marketing role, with a strong focus on HubSpot, social media, and paid advertising strategies.
- Experience with graphic design, particularly in Adobe Creative Suite, is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to develop and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional skills in managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
