An exciting opportunity exists for the Health & Wellbeing Trainer
- Occupational Violence to contribute to the non-clinical learning and staff development function of SCHHS Occupational Violence Prevention Program.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
Contribute to the design, development, promotion, and delivery of a range of innovative employee OVP developmental activities across all SCHHS locations including, the delivery of maybo training, OVP educational sessions and wellbeing education sessions.
Utilise available data including RiskMan incident data to identify occupational violence (OV) trends, opportunities for focused interventions and supporting information for OV reporting requirements.
Undertake and maintain OV risk assessments across all SCHHS locations to ascertain work area suitability or options for improved de-escalation of OV incidents.
