**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL have an exciting new opportunity for an energetic and bright customer-service focused Receptionist working for one of our Government clients This is a perfect role for someone coming from hospitality, event management or who is already within the real estate industry.

You will be responsible for forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with visitors and clients through the delivery of a superior and engaging workplace experience.

**An Overview of the role**:
Provide reception coverage
Answer inquiries directly or direct calls to appropriate employee
Greet visitors and notify personnel of visitor arrival
Maintain security requirements
Maintain professional appearance of building lobby or reception area
Meeting room maintenance and management
General Administration
Full time hours 10.00 to 6.00pm
Part time hours 1:00 to 6:00pm

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Passion for customer service and experience in a similar customer service role
Willing learn, possessing a ‘can-do’ attitude
Well presented and well-spoken, capable of building relationships with various stakeholders
Australian citizenship will be required in order to obtain relevant security clearances to meet client requirements
