**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **compassionate, experienced Disability Support Worker** to support a **male participant living with anxiety and depression**. The role involves providing consistent, one-on-one support during early-day shifts.
- **Location**: Hampton Park, VIC 3976
- **Employment Type**: Casual
- **Shift Times**: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver personalised, one-on-one support
- Assist with daily routines while promoting independence
- Follow an individualised support plan
- Monitor safety and wellbeing
- Liaise effectively with family members and support networks

**What You Need**
- Experience working with children with autism
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
- Current **Working With Children Check (WWCC)**:

- Valid **National Police Check**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- **First Aid & CPR certification** (current)
- Valid **Driver’s Licence** and access to a registered vehicle
- **Tax File Number (TFN)** or **Australian Business Number (ABN)**:

- Full working rights in Australia
- Valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport)

Pay: $24.08 - $53.30 per hour
