
Maintenance Planner

**Responsibilities**:
- Liase with customers on scheduled asset servicing
- Respons to emergency requests and breakdowns
- Prepare service runs with a focus on critical parts required
- Review and take action on completed service reports promptly
- Maintain stock accuracy at 95% during stocktake and regular inventory checks
- Coordinate with team members to address any discrepancies or issues related to service preparation, reports and stock control
- Implement processes and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency in maintenance planning and stock control
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of any service-related issues
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Planning or similar role, preferably in the industrial services sector
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and inventory management software
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge of stock control processes and best practices
- Education or certification in a related field is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
