A newly created role to assist the Managing Director of our Head Office in Ryde. This is an amazing opportunity to join a team who's culture is second to none, where everyone works together with a common goal and celebrate the wins together with internal and external events

Based on reception, your day to day duties will include but are not limited to:

- Answering all incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate centre/person or managing the enquiry
- Personal duties for MD/CEO
- Assisting with running company events
- Day to day mailing, banking, and post
- Kitchen and meeting room maintenance
- Ordering
- Mail
- Travel Bookings
- 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday

Previous experience in a similar role essential
