**About the Opportunity**:

- 1x Full time Dental Assistant/Receptionist
- 1x Part time Dental Assistant/Receptionist; days required are Monday, Thursday, Saturday (and every second Friday)
- We are conveniently located on Barkers Road, close to public transport and onsite parking

**The Heart of the Role**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Handling payments
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded
- Passionate about customer service / patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
