**About the role**
This is an exciting, newly created role where you will be responsible for supporting the creation of the centralised marketing planning capability, ensuring operational excellence and partnership with key functions in our business.
This role is responsible for embedding our group marketing operating rhythm, optimising our ways of working and bringing our marketing community together in a meaningful and positive way.
You’ll also be responsible for:
- Managing the Endeavour Marketing strategy process, including developing consistent frameworks, trimester planning, group KPIs, tracking and reporting of key initiatives.
- Lead a robust Endeavour Marketing Calendar of events, ensuring collaboration, learning, inspiration and connection across the marketing community.
- Proactively identify and manage opportunities to improve processes, tools, marketing ways of working and operating rhythms.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with key business partners; Brand Marketing Planning Managers, Risk, Finance, C&P, Procurement, Merchandise and EndeavourX.
- Manage required endeavour marketing projects and ensure they are proceeding to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
- Provide coaching and support to the marketing community to educate and build capability in the adoption and usage of sound change and project management practises - particularly the use of Agile methodologies and tools.
**About you**:
As a change expert, you’ll have significant experience in partnering with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver end-to-end change management activities; including strategy, planning and implementation.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in business and/or change management.
- Experience coaching leaders and managers in change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Proven ability in articulating clear messages to a variety of audiences, including developing and executing communication plans.
- An acute understanding of organisational issues and challenges - particularly across business units and functions.
- Project management & agile/lean experience advantageous.
