About the Role
- Facilitate and co-ordinate Human Resources activities, projects and initiatives in support of Logan Hospital Executives, line managers and staff.
- Case management and conducting internal reviews and investigations of industrial matters and disputes, performance issues, health management, incidents and injuries, Workcover claims and workplace rehabilitation.
- Actively initiate and participate in the development, promotion, implementation and interpretation of Human Resources policies, practices and processes relating to employment within LBHS and Metro South.
- Monitor and review systems and procedures to identify needs for improvement and implement changes as deemed necessary.
