**Description**:
**The Role**:
Based in our Mascot office, the Test Technician position is an exciting opportunity to conduct and support with the testing of our modules. The role will involve a mix of planning and organising practical testing, and data management and reporting.

**Core Accountabilities**:
Organise and run product tests, including static PV module load tests, Electrical Testing and other tasks from Test Engineering
Create testing schedules and stick to them
Follow test procedures, and help to create and adapt such procedures
Manage tools, equipment and samples to help maintain a clean and safe test facility
Be directly involved in the test process including setup, handling, and measurement
Consider safety at all stages of testing, by following safety precautions, looking for process/equipment improvements, and ensuring the safety of other persons in your work area
Write clear and concise notes on test activities
Use digital platforms to organise tasks and record test results.
Collection, analysis and reporting of data from testing. Ensure all testing results are stored in an appropriate and accessible knowledge management system.
Work closely with team members on the industrial site, including leading a small group to complete testing tasks
Work closely with engineering team members to support high-level planning and analysis of test results
Be a discretionary member of the Workshop Team and to assist them in everyday Workshop activities.

Are you our next All-Star?

Experience working in product testing or in a workshop environment will be highly regarded.
Experience with data management in a previous role
Ability to follow established processes, but also propose new ideas
Forklift licence is a bonus but not necessary
