**Job Title: Social Media Manager - Hair Removal Laser**

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team at a Hair Removal Laser center located in Lower Templestowe. If you have a knack for design, fresh ideas, and a passion for our industry, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop engaging content for our Social Media Platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create and execute effective advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with influencers, shortlist potential partners, and manage influencer engagements.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights to optimize engagement and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong creative and writing skills.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and innovations.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to confidently speak in front of the camera.
- Availability to be present at the clinic 2 days per month for video capture.
