**To succeed in this role you will demonstrate**:
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role, demonstrating your understanding of financial processes and procedures
- Have initiative and a keen attention to detail, allowing you to proactively handle tasks and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Excellent negotiation skills, enabling you to interact with the school's clients with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organizational abilities, ensuring efficient management of tasks and deadlines.
- Sound judgment, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive financial information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with AX Dynamics, BCE finance system will be advantageous
**Examples of typical duties include**:
- Management of all school financials
- Billing customers and debt collection of school fees
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Cashier and banking duties
- Data entry
- Report preparation
- General administration functions including assisting with student medication administration, first aide and front desk duties
- School fees management
**To be eligible to be considered for this role you will**:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
