**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic team player who will assist with planning activities associated within the beauty category of our duty free** **stores across Australia & New Zealand; ensuring we have the right stock, in the right store, at the right time for our customers.

**This role will see you**:

- Rolling review of in stock reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Rolling review of min/max reports
- Adjustment of min/max parameters according to SKU performance and seasonal event requirements
- Initiate stock replenishment to stores
- Initiate stock orders
- Review and follow up of outstanding order statuses
- Identify, communicate and provide recommendations pertaining to the divisional stock position to the Buyer and GM

**Your Key **Accountabilities** will be**:

- Stock replenishment and control of: In stock percentage; Chain level stock; Store level stock; Stock on order; Closing stock $
- Develop and maintain positive supplier relationships to support the best business outcomes for Lotte Duty Free
- Develop and maintain positive store relationships to support the best business outcomes for Lotte Duty Free

**_ Essential_**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business or related field
- High level of planning and analytical skills
- A commercial acumen and understanding of key retail & financial measurements
- High level of numeracy skills
- Experience in FMCG
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in automated replenishment systems
- Exceptionally organised and efficient
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- High level of time management and sense of urgency skills including the ability to prioritorise tasks to meet deadlines
- A desire to learn and grow with the organisation and its needs

**_ Desirable_**
- Experience with international purchases for a wide variety of consumer goods will be highly regarded
- Experience in Duty Free industry or with its products
- Experience with Just Enough software
