Our Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management portfolio has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to be based in **Sunshine Coast, Queensland**. R eporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:
- Promote, sell & educate on Medtronic’s Cardiac Rhythm management products & services across the assigned territory hospital network.
- Work with the team to achieve sales revenue targets by developing or strengthening relationships with clinical stakeholders and through effective sales & service strategies. Act as Medtronic’s primary liaison and be the preferred partner for patient care.
- Understand the clinical and service needs of customers and provide highest level of clinical service and technical support to customers while seeking out efficiency
- Ensure the highest level of clinical, technical and sales knowledge is attained and maintained. Achieve sales and territory management learning goals and ensure all education programs are completed to a high standard.
- Collaborate with other Clinical Territory Managers (CTM), Clinical Specialists (CS), and Business Development Managers (BDM) to assist in the execution on business plans
- Build an awareness and begin accessing key influencers, key hospital stakeholders and leverage relationships to execute on account strategies
- Support clinical study activities in conjunction with the Clinical Research Manager
- Monitor field inventory effectively to ensure appropriate levels of inventory in each location relative to demand
**Required Knowledge and Experience**:
- Bachelors Degree in nursing, general science, business or similar
- Significant experience in clinical cardiac sales, account planning, territory management and forecasting
- Demonstrated experience with cardiac pacing devices
- Required to travel up to 25%, valid driver’s license required
