**Who is IPA?**

**Your duties will include.**
- Manage and direct a team of 10-15 produce handlers
- General labouring as required

**Successful applicants will**:

- Be available Monday - Sunday 5am to 1pm (no work Saturdays or Tuesdays)
- Have experience in managing an effective team
- Have Machinery and Produce experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- team leader: 1 year (preferred)
- Food production: 1 year (preferred)
