We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen Installer to join our dynamic team as a CONTRACTOR or a FULL TIME EMPLOYEE. As a rapidly growing company, we offer a fast-paced work environment that thrives on the energy of our young team. Our primary focus is on installing IKEA kitchens, preferably someone with on-site installations experience.

In this role, you will not only be responsible for installing kitchens but also for effectively communicating with our customers. We value problem-solving skills and the ability to handle any issues that may arise during installations. Additionally, we encourage teamwork and would want you to assist other installers and apprentices whenever needed.

**Qualifications & experience**:

- Certificate 3 in joinery, carpentry or shopfitting
- Minimum 1 years experience on site, ideally with IKEA or flat pack style joinery

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Work off and to plans
- Ability to problem solve and think on the spot
- Installing predominately kitchens
- Communicate with customers
- Work independently
- Prefer to have own tools
- Skills to work with and supervise apprentice
- Ability to work in a team environment with other trades
- Must have drivers license and white card
- Eye for detail and care for job

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
