**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst, for our B&D business. It is dynamic role with a wider scope in the supply chain environment.

In this role, you will be a trusted and credible advisor to the wider Supply Chain team and you will further develop and transform the existing Supply Chain network.

Based in Keysborough, you will navigate complex entity and reporting structures. You will extract, manipulate and analyse large sets of data and narrate the results that helps drives action and resolutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of all month end activities on time
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of all data and information
- Primary finance contact for NSW and QLD manufacturing sites
- Support the Asian supply chain operations (HK and China)
- Provide the sites with insight and analysis on performance, covering both production metrics and costs / recoveries
- Assist in the management of site operations to budget
- Provide financial support for all annual stockades and fixed asset audits
- Challenge existing processes and procedures to simplify and streamline workflows

**What you will bring and develop**:
This is a dynamic role, so you’ll need a continuous improvement mindset, flexible approach and ‘can do attitude’ to succeed in this role. You will bring a curious and analytical mindset and are able to deal with multiple stakeholders across the board. Ideally you can demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience in the accounting field, preferably in the supply chain or manufacturing environment
- Financial modelling and reporting experience
- Experience in SAP or other ERPs is preferable
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport & influence stakeholders
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data
- CPA or Chartered Accountant qualification
