Instrument and Control Technician

This resulted in a range of cold pressed juices that taste deliciously raw and fresh with a sustainable shelf life. It also has the added bonus that our method retains superb nutritional qualities that are lost with other juicing procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing maintenance works on all manufacturing equipment, including HPP systems and intensifier pumps.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Develop, review and update the maintenance programme to ensure that OH&S and food safety requirements are met and reliability of plant assets are maintained.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production staff to minimise downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Follow preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

**Skills and experience requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Hands-on experience with High Pressure Processing (HPP) systems and intensifier pumps is a must.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
