Your Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead or Senior level recruiter on permanent or contract basis who is looking for engaging and fulfilling work, partnering with or client who are passionate and devoted to providing the best levels of services to their customers. You might be a Senior generalist recruiter or Recruitment Lead with Agency, RPO or inhouse experience. We are happy to chat regardless of your recruitment industry background. Ability to work autonomously and partner with clients is core to your success in this role.
The role is varied and will see you involved with all aspects of recruitment, managing end to end recruitment across senior appointments, drive operational efficiencies, talent acquisition advisory activities and innovative sourcing strategy, reactivating pipelines and managing your own portfolio within a supportive environment. Your ability to use your initiative and drive outcomes will see you build strong relationships and show value from the get-go.
About you
- Experienced Lead or Senior recruiter from an in-house, RPO or agency background.
- Highly organised with a strong customer focus
- Forward-thinking, problem-solving approach
- Highly flexible and ready to roll your sleeves up
- The ability to learn and deliver on new roles, industries, and talent segments with a minimum of fuss
