**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Rostering Officer**
- Rostering support workers through the client management software program
- Ensuring customers' needs are met at first point of contact through proactive customer service
- Directing enquiries internally, take ownership and resolve issues
- Outbound communication and stakeholder collaboration & negotiation
- Conflict resolution and strategic problem solving
- Assisting in developing a culture within the team that reflects the values and care principles of Endeavour Foundation
**What will you bring**:
- Previous experience within a similar role is highly desirable
- Proven experience in a customer service role within fast paced environments
- Initiate & facilitate meetings in many environments i.e. over the phone, in person or MS Teams
- A great people person, you are a team player who is approachable and helpful
- Willingness to travel from time to time
- Availability to work shifts on a rotation and weekends where required especially if Endeavour moves towards a 7 day / 24 hour service model
