What You’ll Be Doing: Leading, inspiring and mentoring a passionate front-of-house team, overseeing daily café operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service Managing staff rosters, recruitment, and training Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing supplier relationships. Driving sales and improving profitability through strong cost and wage control. Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer experience. Handling customer feedback with care, professionalism and a solutions mindset.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
