We are currently seeking a **fast, efficient, and reliable knifehand** to join our high-performing team in a fast-paced meat processing facility.

**About the Role**:
As a knifehand, you’ll be responsible for **dicing and slicing meat products** with precision and speed. You’ll be part of a streamlined production team committed to delivering high-quality product while upholding the highest hygiene and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform skilled knife work including dicing, slicing and trimming meat
- Maintain a high level of output while ensuring product consistency
- Work safely and efficiently within a cold room/production environment
- Follow strict workplace health, safety, and food hygiene protocols
- Keep knives sharp and handle all equipment with care

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Previous experience in a meat processing or butchery environment**:

- **Excellent knife skills with a focus on speed and accuracy**:

- **Physically fit / strong and capable of repetitive tasks in cold conditions**:

- Team player with strong work ethic, reliability and accountability
- Knowledge of HACCP or willingness to be trained
