**What does an O’Brien Flexi-Tech role look like?**

Working as an apprentice windscreen technician at O’Brien AutoGlass will provide the flexibility you need to suit your busy life, family priorities or studies. We will support your leaning journey to undergo our O’Brien® Auto Technician Skills Development Program, which after successful completion you will obtain an O’Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing.

**What does this involve?**
- Participate in the O’Brien® Auto Technician Skills Development Program
- Develop Auto Technician capabilities to the level required to repair and replace glass on any type of motor vehicle to Australian standards.
- Learn how to complete windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
- Accelerate through the training if you have recognised skills or previous experience

**What else will you be doing?**
- Performing windscreen chip repairs
- Delivering an excellent experience to our customers
- Supporting your colleagues
