**WHO WE NEED?**

Challenger is looking for enthusiastic and results driven facility cleaners to join our team at the brand new Ampol Service Centre on the Hume Highway, 30 min drive from Campbelltown and Mittagong. We have full time positions available and full training will be provided to help you succeed. Working in a largely autonomous role, you will be encouraged to take pride in your work and be committed to working to our award-winning standards.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO?**

You will be part of a team of fully trained and enthusiastic professionals and your duties will include:

- Helping to keep a critical facility that serves the local and travelling community clean and inviting
- Delivering high standards of cleaning based on our proven training and development program
- Learn and build on valuable skills and give back to the local community through service excellence and awesome customer service

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED?**
- Be flexible and available to work across a 7 day roster. Morning, day and evening shifts will be available to suit your lifestyle and commitments
- Experience in cleaning public areas will be an advantage, however full training will be provided and a willingness to learn, develop and progress will be the key
- Due to the location, having good reliable transport is necessary
- Sound communication skills and the desire to be part of a high performing team
