- Other responsibilities include:
- Help prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
- Help to Place tableware and condiments on tables.
- Refill beverages and take orders.
- Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed.
- Help to Bring and serve food materials and drinks to guests, as ordered
- The Food Runner is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.
