Government agency looking to add a Claims Admin to assist with Dispute Resolution
**Your new company**
An Internal Dispute Resolution (‘IDR’) assistant working in the Insurance space is an expert in resolving personal injury disputes between Insurance Providers and the Government. Insurance IDR Specialists are required to conduct thorough investigations of disputes and engage key internal stakeholders to deliver outcomes that are balanced between customer and business needs.
**Your new role**
- Effectively respond to/action the Insurance complaints queue while utilising strong networking skills to facilitate the most effective & efficient resolution
- Manage and escalate urgent complaint requests as required
- Investigate root cause of each complaint/ query to determine best cause of action
- Positively engage with stakeholders as required in the resolution of customer complaint
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills at all levels
- Excellent presentation skills, oral and written
- Negotiation Skills
- Good analytical skills
- Proven planning, organisational, time management and motivational skills
- Proven administrative skills and ability to maintain and update records diligently
- Experience in Insurance
- Experience in conflict management
