**Who We Are**:
The Property Services team form part of the Property & Store Development business unit. This team provides the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Property projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
**About the role**
The Property Services Project Administrator is responsible for providing support to the Head of Construction and Project Managers by completing administrative tasks relating to sustainability, construction and lease obligations of the Groups New Store, Extension, Relocation and Refurbishment projects.
The roles responsibilities include:
- Project administration tasks
- Financial and Asset Support
- Rental equipment management
- Internal and external stakeholder communication

- SAP knowledge and skill
- Intermediate excel skills and general pc literacy
