**About you**

We are currently seeking an experienced landscape supervisor or 2IC for our construction team in Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. Ideally you will have current experience and a background in landscape or construction practices. Landscape Cert 3 or 4 ideal but not essential. Hard working with a great attitude is integral with a fun but professional approach to supporting a relaxed and efficient workplace.

**The following experience and attributes are required for the position.**

The successful applicant will have experience working on landscape projects, on commercial sites.

Strong leadership skills creating a supportive and motivating work environment.

Excellent communication and verbal skills.

Good conflict resolution abilities.

Prioritizing and time management skills

Problem solving.

Extensive knowledge of Landscape construction.

An MR or HR license would be a bonus.

The applicant must have good working knowledge of working safety on site. Common sense and safety awareness is extremely important as you will be working on commercial sites with both the public and commercial contractors, which includes heavy machinery.

This will be a full-time position with an excellent remuneration after a short probationary period.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- The successful applicant will be working on commercial sites, managing personnel, trades and subcontractors constructing streetscapes, parks and planned community developments.
- You will be working with a great team of tradies, and it will be your job to work productively alongside your teammates.
- Accomplish daily objectives, working to schedules and organizing your workforce.
- Monitoring employee productivity and provide useful feedback and training.
- Bring a positive and nurturing attitude to the team.
- Ensuring workplace health and safety compliance.
- Meeting with clients and provide regular updates and reports.
- Ordering materials.
- Ability to present yourself in a professional manner.
- An eye for detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 48 per week
