About the Role:
A leader and pioneer in the Renewables Sector, Rainbow Power Company is seeking an experienced manager
to provide leadership and direction to our organisation into a growth and development stage of our business.

Leading our experienced Management Team across Sales, Installations, Operations, & Corporate Support, you
will be responsible for the development of appropriate business plans for the strategic objectives of the Board
of Directors; have the leadership and management skills to implement them; and the measurement and
reporting nous to quantify results - both financial and non-financial.

An attractive salary package is offered, including incentive based remuneration proportionate to key
performance indicators.

**Qualifications**:
Undergraduate university degree desirable, with post-graduate or MBA preferable
