PART-TIME POSITION: EXPERIENCED DENTAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic dental assistant to join our well established and ultra-modern family dental practice in Bella Vista, Sydney. Applicants need to have chair-side dental assisting experience however must also be willing to learn as we are a digital practice that takes both 3D intra-oral scans and 3D CBCT x-rays. Experience with the use of both technologies would be advantageous however training will be provided.

In addition to dental assisting duties the applicant will also expected to take on the role of receptionist from time to time.

Key responsibilities are:

- Chair-side assisting
- Laboratory duties e.g. pouring up models
- Sterilisation and packing of dental equipment

And when needed:

- General reception duties; answering phone enquiries/making and confirming appointment and processing payments

The practice is located 5 minutes walk from Bella Vista Metro Station and we also have staff parking onsite.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
