The Opportunity

Do you have plenty of experience within a veterinary clinic and have been named the ‘troubleshooter’ when it comes to diagnostic equipment? You may be just the right person we need here at IDEXX
IDEXX are seeking an experienced Field Support Representative in part-time (4 days per week) capacity to provide face to face customer support to our Veterinary Clinic customers conducting diagnostic equipment installations and training.
You will also be resolving elevated customer technical issues on site for the diagnostic equipment and services and assisting in educating our Internal Sales & Technical Customer Support teams. This role is based in Adelaide and is a field-based role supporting our veterinary clinic customers across South Australia and Tasmania.

You will have experience providing technical support to end users, an ability to deliver technical information and passion for enhancing the customer experience.

You will be experienced in territory management, a tertiary qualification in a science discipline, a Certificate in Veterinary Nursing or a Cert IV in Training and Assessments, bachelor’s in animal science (a combination of education and experience is preferred)

You will have a strong understanding of veterinary clinics, veterinary medicine and diagnostics is highly desired

You will have the ability to share knowledge and be able to adjust training techniques for varied audiences where required.

Travel is an essential element of this this role, the willingness to travel extensively is required.
