We’re on the lookout for a motivated **Apprentice Baker** to join our team at **Barkly Square in Brunswick** - someone eager to learn, work hard, and grow with a business that rewards ambition.

**What You’ll Do as an Apprentice**:

- Bake fresh, high-quality bread and pastries from scratch
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality
- Support stock management and reduce waste
- Deliver helpful, friendly service when needed - we’re a team
- Learn every aspect of the bakery business from the ground up

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A real passion for baking and learning a hands-on trade
- Interest in a long-term career, not just a short-term role
- Early riser - some shifts start as early as 2:00am
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a great attitude
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Available to work across a 7-day rotating roster

**Eligibility**:
To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship, you must be an **Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident**.

Pay: From $13.09 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
