Delta is currently seeking to appoint a Production Clerk to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the packing room and process batch documentation in a timely manner. Someone who is highly organised with a strong attention to detail to ensure information and data is captured and passed on accurately and in a timely fashion.
**Skills and Experiences**:
Reporting to the Production Manager, this position will be responsible for:
Batch reconciliation.
Management of line standards, retentions, labels, and consumables.
Processing all stock adjustments.
Organises stock to go to external contractors.
Assists in the preparation of batch sheets for the next day’s production.
Is aware of quality issues and reports all quality issues to the Quality staff as required.
Implements the standards as required regulators and Company Policy.
**Essential Criteria**:
Strong attention to detail, specifically with documentation and quality assurance.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and juggle multiple deadlines
Strong relationship management and communication skills - both written and verbal
Must have a working knowledge of MS Office and be computer literate
