You will support the AU technology test team in the manual end-to-end acceptance testing of our key digital and restaurant technology initiatives. **What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?** - Assist in crafting meticulous test cases and contribute to cycle planning - Execute test cases, ensuring the flawless functionality of integrated digital and restaurant systems - Pay meticulous attention to detail, capturing and reporting defects using tools like JIRA - Contribute to reporting on testing progression, keeping everyone in the loop - Assist in updating and maintaining accurate test scripts - Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage - Validate deployments in a production environment and provide support for reported issues - Configure "test labs" to mirror various restaurant topologies for comprehensive testing - Work closely with stakeholders to align on requirements and communicate testing outcomes **Qualifications**: **Your keys to success**: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent experience - Previous experience with test case creation, reports, and cycle updates - Familiarity with manual and automation testing, with exposure to tools like JIRA - A working understanding of structured quality assurance approaches and techniques - Understanding of restaurant operations; quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience is a plus - Experience with Observability platforms (e.g., New Relic & Datadog) and tools like Fiddler/Charles/Postman/GitHub is a plus Additional Information **The Maccas Difference** - A state-of-the-art on-site gym at our Thornleigh office - Additional leave for your birthday & to volunteer with causes your passionate about - A fun and vibrant culture packed with a lot of local events in each state including a WHOLE month dedicated to celebrating our people - Highly flexible work environment - Wellbeing initiatives including a 24/7 wellbeing partner for you and your immediate family - An additional 5th week of annual leave for you to use as you wish Join us in ensuring that our systems deliver a flawless experience for both our customers and restaurant partners.
