A small boutique Dance Studio in Dural is in the process of recruiting a full time Instructor to be part of our team.

Social Dance Company has been in business for 14 years specialising in teaching social ballroom and latin dancing to adults on a private lesson basis. Being a private lesson-based studio, our focus is on the lifestyle and therapeutic benefits that learning to dance can bring.

You will be responsible for:

- Taking private lessons to couples and individuals
- Attending in - studio social events
- Providing a positive and fun learning experience for students
- Ensuring students receive the appropriate level of instruction according to their skill level.
- Establish and create ongoing professional relationships

Applicant must have the following:

- At least 4 years of teaching or training experience
- Dance Experience
- A high level of Customer Service
- Have a high level of communication skills
- Be confident in couple dynamics
- Be able to commit to evenings and weekends
- Must be able to work in Australia

Full Time Salary package between 60k - 80K, 38 hours per week.
