As a STEAM teacher, Casey tech School, your key responsibilities include:

- Plan and facilitate workshops that engage learners in STEAM education on-site at Casey Tech School and off-site in partner schools
- Develop, document and deliver Casey Tech School‘s cutting-edge, technology-rich, STEAM, project-based and problem-based curriculum programs
- Develop and facilitate planned professional development workshops to teachers in a variety of innovative and adaptive ways, using technology, to engage learners and meet their needs and learning styles
- Lead the design, development, and documentation of teaching and learning resources including tailored materials in a range of formats to suit varying learning styles
- Ensure high-quality teaching equipment software and materials are used in teaching and learning activities
- Work with Casey Tech School staff, teachers and learners to improve their STEAM and Enterprise skills
- Liaise with key stakeholders such as employers, schools and other education providers to explore pathway options for learners
- Deliver professional learning programs for staff from Casey Tech School, Partner Schools and industries
- Maintain a respectful, and safe environment free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment.

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.

**Qualifications required for the role**:

- Education qualifications - Graduate Degree or TAE Teaching Qualifications
- Qualifications in any of the Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts or Maths disciplines
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs 2015 (desirable)
