**About the role**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
Provide In-Home Support tasks for Baptcare consumers that will include but are not limited to; General housekeeping, Cleaning of bathroom area and Shopping without consumers present
Deliver appropriate In-Home Support according to the individual and personalised plan.
Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure quality service.
Maintain client privacy and dignity, and encourage the same among team members and contractors
Maintain competency by completing all mandatory and continuing in-service education sessions, both online and face to face.
**Essential Qualifications & Requirements**:
Based in Devonport or the Surrounding Areas.
Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate.
Currently an Enrolled Student in Certificate III Individual Support or Aged Care.
Current Australian Driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
Previous experience as a Home Care Worker is advantageous.
