Warehouse Picker

**Job Overview
This role is responsible for the effective, efficient and safe operations of all warehouse Inbound and Outbound activities.

Specific areas of operation include:
- Receiving & stock put away process of Company Inbound stock
- Receive local deliveries of Company stock. Check quantities & quality and store accurately. Pass paperwork onto Warehouse Supervisor
- Receive overseas deliveries of Company stock. Check quantities & quality and store tidily. Pass paperwork onto Warehouse Supervisor
- Keep picking shelves restocked with stock from bulk storage
- Picking, packing & dispatch of all Company Sales Orders
- Pick & pack customer orders using RF technology to achieve agreed Company turn around times
- Dispatch orders with appropriate paperwork
- Load Line haul vehicles where licensed
- Operation of warehouse machinery & equipment, where licensed to do so under Warehouse Management Team instructions

Occupational Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with Company workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Housekeeping
- Keep Warehouse & surrounding areas clean & tidy including shelf dusting.

General warehouse duties
- As instructed/required

Company Policy & Procedures
- Full compliance at all times

**Qualifications
Ability to work proactively as part of a team

Accuracy & attention to detail

Able to work independently with some direction

Strong oral and written communication

Computing skills

Experience working within a large team.

Experience in the industry

Previous Warehouse experience

TAFE or related courses desirable.

HSC desirable.
