We are looking for a new staff member to start as soon as possible as we have had am employee have to leave us due to a family emergency.

The job involves helping with the production of our concrete ornaments, including painting, colouring them with oxide and occasionally helping to pour them.

The other aspect will be the retail side including unpacking pots, loading up customers cars, using the phone to receive and make calls, handling cash and card payments, pricing stock and whatever else we need to keep the yard clean.

The yard is mostly outside so you will need to be able to handle the weather that may come with that. While we will try and keep you out of the hot sun and rain, there will be times that a customer needs help and you will still need to go out.

As we sell a lot of heavy items there is a lot of heavy items to move and lift. While we have trolleys and other staff members to help, you will need to be physically able to grow your strength so no pre-existing injuries that will inhibit this is essential.

Our current staff member works part time with his hours being 12-5 Sundays and 9-5 Tuesday and Friday. We would very much prefer to keep these the days that the new employee would work as it is a bit hard to swap our existing staff around. If you would need more days we are also happy to look at that.

While we do not expect anyone to have experience in all of the aspects of the job as we are a niche industry any is always appreciated as well as a love for gardening.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.65 per hour
