As a Lifestyle Coordinator you will help our residents at mecwacare Gregory Lodge, a 60 - bed facility. Maintain active and independent lives through the development and implementation of activity plans based on their interest, abilities, religious and cultural needs, and life experience.

**What you bring**:

- Certificate IV in Community Services (Lifestyle and Leisure), Diversional Therapy and/or relevant qualification at Certificate IV level
- Certificate III in Individual Support would also be desirable
- Proven ability to assess each residents social and emotional needs and design appropriate, individual lifestyle programs to meet their needs
- An understanding of the ageing process and caring for older people
- Self-motivation with well-developed organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, delegate and attend to multiple tasks
- Well-developed communication skills
- Satisfactory completion of a National Criminal History Records Check
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Current Working with Children Check (WWC)
