Head Waiter

Head Waiter/Waitress (Juniors 17+ welcome to apply)

Mi Casa Café is looking for a Head Waiter/Waitress to be the heart and soul of our front-of-house team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy café environment and loves creating real connections with every customer.

In this role you will:

- confidently and warmly take orders at the till,
- keep the energy up on the floor by clearing, running and resetting,
- make every customer feel acknowledged and appreciated,
- support the team during busy periods while keeping the atmosphere positive, and
- lead your floor team with clear direction and encouragement throughout each shift.

We are looking for someone who shows up with energy and a genuine smile, stays calm and confident under pressure, naturally makes people feel welcome, enjoys the pace and buzz of a busy café, has hospitality experience, and communicates clearly as a true team player.
