We are currently recruiting for a Integrated Services Manager to be based at Sunshine Coast Airport on a Full-Time basis.

As an Integrated Services Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused security services while creating safe and memorable travel experiences for travellers and visitors transiting through Sunshine Coast Airport.

This position is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is keen to learn more or build on their existing knowledge of the Aviation industry.

**The Position**

As the Aviation Protection Officer you will be responsible for:

- Planning, organising directing and controlling fundamental aspects of service delivery.
- Monitoring all service activities for compliance.
- Maintain health, safety and welfare within all aspects of service planning and delivery.
- Overseeing the management of company operations in cleaning, security and maintenance
- Meeting financial targets, managing budgets and monthly reporting requirements.
- Providing strong leadership, coaching, mentoring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results.

**Skills and Experience**

You will have:

- Ability to obtain/endorsed for Aviation Transport Security Protection Qualification (TSP)
- Ability to successfully pass Drug and Alcohol screening and Medical assessments
- Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance)
